Hey guys! It's happening! I am super to excited to be offering a totally awesome training program for first time triathletes coming up in May!! If you've never raced or you are a beginner or novice looking to improve your skills this summer this program is for you.

Beginner/Novice Triathlon Training Program BEGINS MAY 6TH
What: 12 Week Training Plan for Sprint Distance Triathlon (Free Training Peaks Account included)
Training Plan accommodates brand new triathletes as well as more experienced novice racers looking for guidance.
Weekly Coached Workouts on Wednesday nights @ 6pm and Saturday mornings @ 9am (sessions alternate wed/sat each week...)
We will swim, bike, run, practice transitions and do a complete race rehearsal before the big day!
Schedule for Group Training: (NOTE: no session planned on July 4th :-)
Sunday May 6th 5:30-6:30PM -Tri Club Kick Off
Saturday May 19th @ Reynolds Community Pool -Group Swim
Wednesday May 23rd @ 6pm -Group Workout
Saturday June 2nd @ Marine Drive Boat Launch -Group Ride
Wednesday June 6th @ 6pm -Group Workout
Saturday June 16th @ Grant HS Track -Group Run
Wednesday June 20th @ 6pm -Group Workout
Saturday June 30th @ Location TBD -Brick Workout
Saturday July 14th @ Vancouver Lake Park -Race rehearsal
Wednesday July 18th Group Workout
Sunday July 29th - RACE DAY!
If you can't make all the sessions that's ok. Feel free to drop in anytime.
Drop-in cost $25. Can't make that race? That's ok too -- you can use this training to complete any sprint distance triathlon you want!
